How Royal Defense Works
Enemies enter in waves and follow the road toward your base. You earn gold by defeating them, then use that gold to build or upgrade defenses before the next wave becomes too strong. The important rhythm is simple: place towers where they can attack for a long time, check which enemies are slipping through, then adjust your upgrades before the next wave arrives.
Best Opening Build
Start near a bend, crossroads, or long straight section where one tower can fire at enemies for several seconds. A single strong position often beats two weak towers placed at short road edges. If the early waves include many small enemies, add steady basic damage first. If tougher units appear early, prepare a high-damage tower in the same kill zone instead of spreading your gold across the whole map.
Wave Control
After each wave, ask one question: what caused the leak? If many weak enemies escaped, you need more area coverage or faster attacks. If one large enemy survived, you need concentrated damage and better upgrades. If enemies escaped with low health, your placement is close; strengthen the middle or final section rather than rebuilding everything.
